What we collect

When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or become a client, we collect the personal and financial information needed to provide our services — name, contact details, KYC documents, and information about your goals, income and existing holdings that you choose to share.

This site itself does not run tracking beyond standard, privacy-respecting analytics (only active once configured), and does not run advertising.

How we use it

• To complete KYC and process mutual fund or insurance transactions on your behalf.
• To communicate with you about your investments, policies and our services.
• To meet obligations under AMFI, IRDAI and applicable Indian law.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with AMCs, insurers, RTAs (registrar and transfer agents) and KYC/regulatory bodies required to execute and service your transactions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for advertising.

Data retention and security

We retain client records for the period required by AMFI, IRDAI and applicable regulation, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to stop non-essential communication at any time by writing to hello@altinvest.in.
